CANCELLATION & WEATHER POLICY

This season we will be offering two types of tickets: Basic and Flexi. Please read the below table to better understand how each ticket type impacts your refund and change of booking entitlements. If the current weather is not ideal (i.e lighting/wind ) our policy indicates that we have the right to Reschedule for your safety after Refunds are not permitted if flexi pass is purchased . You will be notified at least 30min before your scheduled booking via email/phone. Please note: All-weather cancellations will be Rescheduled and NOT REFUNDED.

Basic (Reschedule only)

✔️ 72 hours or more notice = no charge.
❌ Within 72 hours = $10 charge per kayak
❌ Within 24 hours only subject to weather determined by site staff 30 min prior to booking

❌ Refunds are not permitted

Flexi(per kayak)

✔️ Changes can be made free of charge until 48hrs before your original booking.
❌ Changes made 24hrs before booking will incur an admin fee of $10 per kayak
❌ Within 24 hours only reschedule subject to weather determined by site staff 30 min before booking
❌ Felix pass payment non refundable

Refunds

✔️ 72 hours or more before booking = 100% refund.
✔️ Between 48 to 72 hours before booking = 50% refund.
❌ Within 48 hours of booking = 0% refund.
